    Our team will work with markets and budgets providing a strategic media buy that produces long-term relationships within each market.

    Media buys will consist of radio and television only. GWM will collect payments directly from owners. Our fees will be paid by media through commissions.

    Message Design that cuts through the marketing clutter. Creating persuasive and motivational messages that produce favorable and likable relationships with consumers and Closet Factory.

    TV and Radio creative will be provided monthly in varying lengths on a subscription basis.

  • EffecTV will offer aggressive rates in each Closet Factory market. The average discount is 35% from the published rate card on linear networks.

    OTT campaigns will be presented at 20-25% of the current Cost Per Thousand.

    Additional Sponsorship and No Charge inventory will be provided based on market availability.

    All campaigns are based on market-specific 1st party TV viewership data combining high reach with high-frequency networks.

  • Rates will be delivered at a minimum of 25% below published rates.

  • Closet Factory markets will receive a 30% discount from the published rate. In addition to a 20% returned ticket allotment per market will be provided.

FAQs

  • Yes. We have already negotiated favorable rates with our core media partners. We will work with all media partners to ensure the best possible rates for you.

    Example: $15,000 TV buy. Retail value $25-30K. Included now bonus/no charge commercials can add another $500 to $1500 per week. And with sponsorships that include:05 creative $750-$2500 weekly.

    Your $15k investment may be estimated to $40k in value.

  • All Radio and TV buys will be executed with a 10-day cancellation clause. Buys may be cancelled by GWM with our without cause via email or phone.

  • Media selections are made market by market using National Partners and local media outlets. All media may be vetted for the benefit of each market individually.

  • TV and Radio creative is offered on a monthly subscription basis. This will be delivered to the market media partners monthly. Owners are charged a monthly subscription fee that includes production costs.

    You are free to write and produce your own creative as well if preferred.

  • As an add-on service, GWM will provide media buying for print media. Buys will be made in gross dollars. Creative services will have additional out-of-pocket costs to the market uniquely.

  • All media buys will be paid to GWM through credit card authorization held securely by GWM. We will audit market invoices to ensure accurracy “as needed.”
